This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in a sailing event, including a release of liability, parental authorization, and refund policy. Here's a summary: 1. Release Authorization: By participating, you agree to abide by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2025-2028 and release the organizing bodies and their affiliates from any liability for injuries, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. This release is binding on you and your heirs. 2. Parent/Guardian Authorization: For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must provide emergency contact information and authorize the event organizers to seek emergency treatment if necessary. 3. Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting the Rear Commodore, Andrew Paul, via email or phone. Refunds are also issued if the event is canceled before it begins, but not after it has started. Please ensure you have read and understand these terms before participating in the event.
